Piperazine pyrophosphate LXF-PT5310

Introduction

Piperazine Phosphonate LXF-PT5310 is a flame retardant monomer that serves as both a carbon source and an acid source. It can be used in conjunction with other gas and acid source flame retardant monomers to form an efficient fire-retardant system. This system can achieve UL94V-0(0.75mm), GWTT750℃, GWF1960℃, and higher flame retardancy levels for materials, and pass the 70℃ x 168-hour water immersion test (UL746C). Additionally, it fully complies with environmental regulations such as RoHS and REACH.

Features

LXF-PT5310 has good carbonization effect and high flame retardant efficiency, which can be combined with a variety of flame retardants to achieve appropriate flame retardant effect; it has high thermal decomposition temperature and excellent heat aging performance, which can adapt to a wide range of processing technology and application fields; it has excellent resistance to precipitation, low smoke density and small toxicity.

Application fields

LXF-PT5310 can be used in combination with MPP, MCA, hydroxide and other materials. It is suitable for the reinforcement of PP, PE, EVA, TPE, TPU and other thermoplastic resins as well as non-reinforced materials. It can also be used in epoxy resin, unsaturated resin and other thermosetting materials.

Attention

1. In processing use, when the appropriate plasticizing effect is achieved, it is recommended to use a lower processing temperature, and it is recommended not to exceed 230℃,

2. Filling materials and toner may have adverse effects on flame retardancy. Calcium carbonate, carbon black, phthalocyanine green and other filling materials and toner will lead to the decrease of flame retardancy efficiency or even failure. Filling materials and toner should be verified when used.

3. Packing/storing: 25kg/bag: transported as general chemicals, stored in dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight.
