Flame retardant plasticizer

FCL-FR0060,CAS: 26444-49-5, is an additive phosphoric ester flame retardant plasticizer, known for excellent electrical insulation, superior hydrolysis stability, high plasticization efficiency, low volatility, and resistance to low temperatures. It also has good compatibility with resins, resulting in products with excellent wear resistance and oil resistance. This compound can be used as a flame retardant or flame retardant plasticizer in materials such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyvinyl butyral (PVB), cellulose nitrate (CN), cellulose acetate (EC), natural synthetic rubber, and phenolic resin.

Mechanism：

1. Plasticizing effect

-Improve the flexibility and processing properties of plastics, rubber and other polymer materials.

-It has good compatibility with resin and can replace some phthalate ester plasticizers.

 2. Flame retardant effect

-The phosphorus-containing structure can form a carbonization layer during combustion to inhibit the spread of flame and meet the requirements of material flame retardancy (such as UL94 standard).

-Often used in combination with other flame retardants (such as halogen and nitrogen) to enhance the effect.

3. Weather resistance and stability

-Water resistant and migration resistant, suitable for materials in high temperature or humid environment.

Application:

1. Plastic industry

-PVC Products: wire and cable sheath, floor, wallpaper and other flame retardant materials.

-Used for polyvinyl aldehyde (PVB), cellulose nitrate (CN) and cellulose acetate (EC) to improve flame retardancy.

2. Rubber products

-Used for natural synthetic rubber and phenolic resin, etc

3. Other areas

-Coatings and adhesives: as flame retardant additives.

-Electronic materials:flame retardant components in circuit boards and packaging materials of electronic components.
