I. Product Introduction

LXF-C9322 is a surface chemically modified inorganic Microencapsulated Aluminum Hypophosphite (AHP) with high thermal stability, good compatibility, no migration, no precipitation, and good dispersion. It can be used for flame retardant modification of various materials such as TPE, TPU, PBT, polypropylene, etc.

Appearance: white powder

Phosphorus content ≥30%

Particle size D50: ~10um

Water soluble less than 0.2%

Density: ~ 1.7g/cm

Decomposition temperature ≥300℃

Water solubility ≤0.2%

5. Product Features

5.1. Compared with the uncoated aluminum hypophosphite, it has excellent heat resistance, dispersion and precipitation resistance, and is not easy to frost.

5.2. The thermal stability is greatly improved after coating, which reduces the generation of phosphine and reduces the corrosiveness to equipment.

 

6. Packaging and storage

25kg/bag, transported as general chemicals, stored in dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight.
